Director of Colorado Telehealth Network
Kathy is a well-known health care leader and brings tremendous ability to implement sound strategies and system processes to drive Colorado telehealth forward. As the Director of Colorado Telehealth Network, she is focused on statewide telehealth strategic planning and system development that will optimize telehealth operations in both rural and urban settings.
Broadband Program Administrator
Tracy comes to CTN with years of health care operation management experience. As the Broadband Program Administrator, Tracy is responsible for coordinating the various subsidy programs CTN members are associated with. Additionally, Tracy maintains consortium compliance standards with the Universal Service Administrative Company.
Eskedar comes to CTN with experience in health care policy and stakeholder engagement. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Colorado. Eskedar serves as the project manager for the State Innovation Model grant, the Colorado Telehealth Alliance and other various telehealth projects.
Contract Network Project Manager
Randy comes to CTN with a background in IT and telecommunications. Before contracting with CTN, Randy has worked with EDS, Qwest, IQ wired and has even started his own technology company. Randy is responsible for the management of the CTN 1 Network as well as finding telecom solutions for CTN members. When not wrapped in a technology project, Randy spends his free time volunteering as a ski patroler, fly fishing, mountain biking and golfing.
Hayley recently graduated from the University of Colorado with a dual Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish. After graduating she completed multiple short-term contracts with a variety of organizations, including Centura Health, before finding a home at CTN. As the Billing Assistant, Hayley is responsible for member invoicing and subsidy verification. Hayley loves to read, travel and all things outdoors.
Contract Rural Outreach
Charlie comes to CTN with years of background in technology, education and social work. Charlie’s professional experience includes work for the Governors Office of Information Technology, Centennial BOCES and Hampden Academy (Aurora Mental Health Center). Charlie supports the State Innovation Model grant, provides general outreach and technical assistance for the various CTN service lines.
Danyel holds a BA in Communications from Colorado State University and years of experience in health care from communications to telehealth. As the Billing Specialist, Danyel is responsible for managing the reimbursement of funds from the Universal Service Administrative Company’s Rural Healthcare Program. Danyel is also responsible for the management and design of CTN marketing materials and website.
